USB Recovery Drive

A USB recovery drive is your backstop, not your routine deployment path. The captured Windows image is how DisplaySync ships at scale; the recovery drive is what you hand to a tech when a sign on the show floor is having a worse day than they are.

Each drive is a FAT32 stick with a setup.ps1, a config.json template, and the offline installer assets. Plug it in, boot to a hand-off shell, run one command, and the device re-onboards itself.
